Got weird fully integrated design where the bearings roll on the frame ( I think they're called cartridge bearings ) Maybe it's never than 2003 ?

Bit stuck got blue zaskar frame cheap bit tired and troublesome. Need to find out what tell tale signs of exact year ? And need desperately to sort out headset and BB for square taper cranks . Any previous or current owner of same frame who can help please respond... Having bad day today all...
