In this case it's not relevant. I've agreed a sale and stick by my agreement, even if it were worth multiples of the asking, in parts. That does assume the guy who stated he wants it actually replies and pays!

Technically it isn't sold...yet. Sorta. I've had messages from 3 people to buy it, the first of which was 16 days ago. Perfectly polite, but not especially responsive!
