Not a 97 but still...

I'd love one with Z1 Bam's. I had club roost riser bars and an early disc on the front. Surprising what a weight weenie I am now, back then I bought stuff that looked cool. That being said I don't think I've plusher and smoother forks than the Z1. The lefty was closest. I love the Kula dn Mini Mula.

Wow! Strangely that original suspension design looks to make a lot of sense (to my untrained eyes)

Strangely I was fitting some last night and had trouble, I used hairspray, had to keep prying the edge or the grip up to get more hairspray down. I had the bike over on its side so the hairspray ran down inside the grip. After a lot of wiggling I did get it on, it was a struggle though.

If youre after 26" Merlin have them on sale...
