Thanks Shaun. The only brochure I could find with my exact model is in dutch! But I'm almost certain it says 10 speed :) So the "10" in the model number doesn't relate to the gears then?

Hi, new to the forum. New to road bikes! I'm trying to rebuild a Peugeot P10S and need confirmation - is this a ten speed? The rear wheel isn't original so I'm guessing somebody wantee more gears. The little info I can find about this model is it was originally ten. Is that what the 10 in P10S...
