Honestly, yes. The bottom bracket shell has two sets of numbers, 13 and 1169, so I originally thought, probably incorrectly, that it was the 13th frame built in November, 1969. To me the fork crown does suggest it was built in that period, but I am not an expert, maybe someone here is? LLoyds...
