    I'm surprised no guesses/suggestions so far...will this one remain a mystery? Or is the brand actually BCM or Gipiemme?

    Looks like a Kuwahara Laserlite to me....But I think Bendycat is right on the money, Raleigh Aero Pro Burner. Would have to see the brake bridge (Flat?), and quality of the welds closer up....
