After all the help given by the good folks here, I agree, these are not a Weinmann produced product but a home made project that someone spent a lot of time creating. Thanks for all the input folks., but I'm putting these to rest.

Thanks for the reply, I did look at a lot of levers and cannot see a pattern that resembles these drilled levers and that kind of fooled me into thinking, home made also. Thanks
