Hello kaos, Thanks for the reply and info! Do you have any idea if Sykkeldelisk mass produced the bikes, only made them in small series or perhaps even custom? Why I wonder is because of the different year and price level of the Shimano components. Please note I'm only guessing from pictures...

Presenting my orange Gekko Gecko. Built by Norwegian Sykkeldelisk in 1996, found hurt, abandoned and torn to piececes. After 3 months at the local police and no one collecting it, it's mine to keep. Frame: CR-MO, Fuji stout-light Rear derailleur: Shimano XT, M737 (Not M739 mentioned before)...
