any shed some light on this frame, it has syncros and mercedes benz stickers. its Ti, did Syncros make them for MB, is it a Kona, Litespeed etc?

Avanti a New Zealand company I'm told licensed the Manitou FS layout for their use. see attached. Anyone know anything about them, maintenance, travel etc?

serial number... stamped under the bb is 01943223 18 so size 18 born Jan 94? just checked the Mag21 and they will fit, steerer wise, they also seem to go up and down, something the Anti gravs don't
