Story behind this is, right cable adjuster on the frame is frozen and didn't want to risk breaking it clean off so i added the inline adjuster. The adjustments near the cockpit are so you can make adjustments to the derailleurs while riding the bike.
I think they made homegrowns of each model. 4 banger, hardtail, straight 6, S-30, etc. This happens to be what I thought it was(the title). Going to do a sympathetic restoration with modern cockpit and rear air shock. Hopefully I can track down some ceramic crossmaxes :D...

Just picked up my first road bike. Full campy veloce and campy wheels and a USA made CAAD8 frame. Came in at 18 lbs 6 oz. with no pedals. I'm going to have the frame media blasted then sand and polish most likely. The 2nd bike is inspiration for this.
