DIY Cannondale Castle Tool ? MADE ONE!!

I made the tool to remove a 2000 Lefty damper which is the one you describe. The tabs on it are smaller than the later 2001 damper. You need the other half of the 2001 tool to remove it but it comes out in the same manner.

Wanted Medium Cannondale F1 to F7 series

Hi I am looking for a resonably priced Medium Cannondale F1 to F7 series frame. Really only looking for the frame to add my own components to. Paint condition is not important as I will get it powdercoated. As long as the threads are good and there is no significant damage to the frame. Cheers...

    Cannondale F1-5 or Trail SL1-5

Re: Thanks But it was a newer frame I was after as they can take bigger tyres. I managed to get one but it is pretty bashed about so would still consider a 2007 plus frame.

    2000MY/2004MY Cannondale Headshok fork servicing

Re: I would recommend learning how to do it yourself. The headshok forks are great and will last a long time but they need to be looked after. Even if you resolve the painting issue you are going to need to service the fork in use. I taught myself how to do it by researching up on them and I...

    Cannondale F1-5 or Trail SL1-5

Looking for a Cannondale frame around the 2009-2011 era for 26" wheels in a medium. Only need the frame. As long as the frame is sound I am not bothered about the paint finish. Let me know if any one has anything in that range. Cheers Bruce

    Cannondale Lefty help

Hi we have three lefty’s and a couple of headshoks on the bikes in the family and I would recommend the lefty. I service mine myself but I agree with earlier comments the parts are getting rare to find. To service them yourself do your research and invest in the specific tools. Companies like 88...

    Cannondale F600 Headshok headfart!!

Re: I Have rebuilt a few headshoks and lefties. The only thing I would be wary of is making sure you can get your hands on all the other parts before you spend any more money on the fork. To use that damper I suspect you will need the air cylinder and piston. I have not looked at a drawing of...
