Hiya, seems I’ve got a rumbly grumpy free hub body on my DX FH-M560 hub, took it off, serviced the hub, bearings, grease, good old cleanup… but couldn’t see how to open the free hub body and it’s making quite a racket, are peeps somehow fitting new bearings in these or just replacing the...

Hi, need to replace my son's Shimano LX front mech 31.8 Top Pull , darn thing cracked and fell off! if anyone's got one kicking about please let me know, he's complaining about only having 7 gears now, kid's these days eh!?

help! brake pads v brake arm hitting tyre edge, even if the pad is worn right down, surely the arm should never touch the tyre? They are Avid 10s like in the photo, seems like i need pads with a longer stalk maybe? any advice appreciated! Cheers! Joel

by the looks of it I'd say probably a large - 21" its the earlier Ritchey frame, so can't be sure , but it definitely looks taller than my 19" true temper comp
