Thanks! Popped out the piece and it was oiled up nicely already. a Raceface X-type BB fits fine although had to use 2 shims on each side to remove crank side-to-side play. 1 and 2 wasnt enough. Using this Cambium C19 saddle. I've got a B17 and a C67 on other bikes and love them...

Removed posts, mounted tires, 180/160 discs and mocked it up. This 2.35 clears no problem. Just waiting for the BB, headset and seatpost to finish it up. This 650B Ritchey is waiting for parts too
