Drill tiny hole in the dust caps, inject grease of your choice, and seal with small sheet metal screw. This works for any pedals with dust caps.

Greetings John; Stiff, and responsive, typical 7000 series aluminium that rattles your teeth! I've been riding this for many years, weigh 225lbs., and no cracks yet! I suspect your bike was built in the same Taiwanese factory. Good luck.

The stanchion dust covers should be aluminum with o-ring seals, and yes it appears to be a Manitou 1. You can still get new elastomers, however I cut down the spring from a binned old fork, for both sides, and it works a treat.
Cheers

Greetings, back in the day (distant past) we tied, and soldered our sprint, and sometimes criterium rear spokes using high flange hubs. I admit however your's do indeed look cool.

Greetings, 1/4" bearings I believe, use plenty of grease, fill the race with bearings touching until you can't insert any more, then remove that one, and you're good to go. Regards
