You'll find that with the 531ST rando's such as pictured above, the spoke holder is on the drive side. This was changed for the 708 rando's and the 708 variant of the Royal had non-drive side spoke holders also.

Yes it will be. It's a mk1 randonneur frame with spoke holders on the drive side. For the randonneur mk2/3 Reynolds 708 frames, and 708 royal frames, the spoke holders are on the non-drive side
