Actually, I think 22cm is going to be too low. Even with a couple extra cm for a 23mm tyre it's still a way from 27-30cm which is where most road/fixed and track bikes seem to sit. Shame as it's just my size!

TT Season is over and I want a Full Sus more than I need a road bike for the next few months so I'm selling my Condor Italia with minimal milage (under 500) in order to purchase an Orange Five. It's a lovely Italian tubed Alu frame with carbon forks and might have carbon on the rear stays, but...

Managed to get my PB down to 29.15 by the end of the season. I was marshalling and time keeping for the last outing on this course for the year. Next years challenge is to break into the 27s! Long winter of training ahead.
