As a Kula Primo owner (circa 2005) I'd recommend you go the for Kula, and with the advent of the first carbon Kula I'd buy one of these :-)

Hey guys, I take your points on board, I believe it would suit someone 5'2'' -5'6'', 5'7'' might be pushing it a bit, but over 5'7'' would be too tall for this size frame.
The tube is slightly sloping, there's a small paint chip on the headtube, but apart from that it is as I bought it from...
