I think it’s an ‘89. Rear mech, shifters & the booster on the u brake. A lot of bits have been changed though. Wheels for sure. FWIW I have an earlier one with 24” wheels - pic in sig - and it’s a slightly different shade of blue.

Tandem 8sp cassette hubs, large flange 40h with fitting for drag brake. 145mm rear spacing. Have been built and used but not a lot. £300 posted. I’m scrapping my Santana, will have more tandem parts for sale soon.
