I have a 97 Race element that I want to add the newer version of the 3D link bracket to , the 1997 to 2003 brackets are compatible though they look different.
This is the part that joins the swing arm to the upper frame.
If you have the part let me know the particulars
Thanks !
The faded red cranks on my Element are the same as that first blue version.
Which brings me to my next question.. how much for the blue set in the background ? lmao hmm

For a reasonable price I'll buy those nasty red cranks from you if your not liking them much , not interested in the tires though .. too fat for my style of riding the red is ok

Looks like a design flaw , Great Fix !
My '97 Race Element uses a thick one piece design that looks to be bullet proof.
My other 99 Element has a 97 replacement triangle on it with the same solid one piece hanger. I suspect it originally had a separate derailleur hanger , not sure what year...
Re:
Hey RockiMtn , I am a big Rocky Mountain Fan as well and
have been riding a Red '99 XT Element for the last 17 years.
It is a 18" frame but at 5'9 its just a little tight for me , I endured it and endured it.
Until
Last week when I sold a 80's Colnago Sport minus wheels on eBay for $390...
