As per title, must be clean and must be the first gen type with the limit screws above the cage, not below. Like this

As per title, I have a pair of 13mm internal rim width open 4CD rims on 105 1055 Shimano hubs, currently on my commuter, but I was hoping to use them for my touring bike build. Can anyone speak from experience with regards to whether 28mm tyres (Gatorskins most likely, that's all I ever use)...

Any ideas? It came on a Brian Rourke I bought today, and the elderly chap I bought it from assures me it’s Campagnolo. But I’m not convinced. The rest of the bike components are Campagnolo and Cinelli, with We*nmann brakes.
