It won't always be like this, but I had the parts knocking about, and the urge was strong, so until I gather all the parts for a correct build, I'll ride the bejesus out of it!
Or build some 650b rim brake wheels and adapt some canti's!

I could do a period correct build, using everything a minted chap in 1995 would have used, and it turn out like every other retro MTB......but I don't want to,bright now.

By all means, take some tin foil, add a squirt of wd40 or GT85 or similar, and work it baby!
But, it's original........embrace it!
