So I just recently picked up a 1991 GT Xizang with the rear chromoly rear triangle (thanks to the members on here for giving me the info about the bike). Now, the question is, how is it worth? I paid a decent amount for it, I just hope it's worth at least what I paid. Any ideas?

So I went ahead and bought it. The Xizang should arrive on Wednesday. Once I reassemble and clean it up, I'll post nice detailed pictures of the bike! Thanks for all your help!

Wow! That thing is mint! The one I'm picking up doesn't have the original fork. Was the fork titanium too? Or was the fork just a basic GT fork from 1991? How hard do you think it would be to find a original fork?

Thanks for all you're help. I'm shocked that GT made a version of the Xizang with a rear steel triangle. So I take all the decals on the steel triangle like "NO FEAR" were just added on and not from the factory? When I get it in my possession, I'm planning on taking the stickers off the...
So I'm planning on buying a GT Xizang from a guy, but the back end of the bike appears to be different from the rest of the bike. Is this something that came stock on these bikes? Or was it possible that it was damaged and replaced? Any idea's?
