Orange Clockwork? Prestige? Frame weight and feature help

Re: Thought I'd drop in after not being on here for a loooooong time, hi. I have the artwork for those decals if you need it, though Gil_M should also have it as I drew it up for him a few years back whilst refurbing this: There are a few threads talking about the authenticity of the decals...

    Freecycle London

Re: Bit late to this, I was there on me '93 clockwork with the nipper on the back. Rode with a couple of guys for a while - one on a Merlin ti with every anodised purple bit going, and a guy on a blue/red Klein rascal. Nice lads, mentioned the forum. And how much it has cost them

    Axel-to-crown height - '93 Orange clockwork fork

Thanks a lot. And frank.youngman, that's a nice looking bike! Think it has swayed my choice of re-powdercoat colour

    Axel-to-crown height - '93 Orange clockwork fork

Hi Wondering if anyone on the forum can help me. I'm looking to get the above measurement for the original rigid forks that came on Orange Clockworks back in 1993. Anyone know / have one they can measure / have a link to a frame sizes/angles diagram? Thanks

    93 Clockwork - seatpost diameter?

Aces, thanks! Maybe that explains why the current seatpost barely fits in and is gouged to hell... probably a 27.0mm :) SW

Powder coat / shot blast in South London

I found these guys Peckham / New Cross who say on their site that they do bike frames: http://www.purposepowdercoatings.com/profile.php No idea of what they're like though.

'93 Clockwork Limited Edition - Advice 4 noob

That creeping rust is an interesting effect but when you get up close unfortunately it doesn't look all that desirable trust me! Seen Armourtex get some good reviews on here (expensive though?). Anyone know these guys? http://www.purposepowdercoatings.com/profile.php

'93 Clockwork Limited Edition - Advice 4 noob

Apologies for the bump. Can anyone advise on the weird markings on the frame above? Wouldn't want to be caning it around on a frame that was about to rust through from the inside out! And anyone tried Armourtex in Hackney for powdercoating? Any other recommended places in London? (ideally...

'93 Clockwork Limited Edition - Advice 4 noob

Ok, rode it home across London last night, behaved pretty well. On first quick inspection, it needs a damn good clean. BB turned smoothly, transmission needs a bit of fettling but basically ok, headset felt smooth. Couple of rusty bolts and fixings, there's even some travel left in the forks...

'93 Clockwork Limited Edition - Advice 4 noob

Hi there, new to the forum. Tonight I will re-inherit this: Don't know what shape it's in, but I originally bought it from Stif in summer 1993. It was built with Suntour, 8/9 speed thumbshifters, was light as hell and rode like a dream. At the time it was advertised as a limited...
