Per heading, looking for brakes to fit an older frame which had 27" wheels but now has 700c's for a budget build. Missed some Tektros elsewhere. :|

Hi looking to source a seatpost for a Carlton frame I am putting back on the road. Tried a 27.2mm seatpost, but that will only go in if I use the 'persuader'. Measuring with a vernier gives a 27mm bore to the seat tube - anyone advise if that sounds about right ? What do you have that would...
