Here is the stem. It’s a 120mm with about 10 degrees of rise

Stem is a beautifully made 110/120mm (non branded that i can find) a-head style. Yes i also am surprised has its an almost perfect Ti flagship model. Plus theres no rusty seat tube on it

This needs a new home. Shame for it to go back into storage

I had the same model of MG years ago. Think it was a one year only model. Ride was lightening fast

Seem to remember this era of Raleigh coming with Panaracer Timbuc2. Might be imagining it though 🤔 XC-Pro hubs had cartridge bearings with only a seal on 1 side for the Grease Gaurd system to work. Check for a grease port on the hub and if you have one inject some grease into it. Might cure that...
