It will be with a group of riders who did a similar ride last year, from Paris to Amsterdam. The thinking is to carry on the ride from the end point of last year. They did not have support vehicles but were doing between 70 and 100 miles a day. Interesting what you say about the trains...

I havent changed the hight of the stem, im going to put it back down and start again I think. Ive cleaned up the wheels this evening. Am of work on Tuesday so going to get it all clean and lubed up then and take it for a spin in the afternoon... Cheers for the advise though all, really...
