Not really - its fine at 25lbs and the X0's only save 70g over the stock S1400 any way. The chainset was only bought as i'd stuck a snipe on it, and then forgot about it, but ended up winning it for just under my snipe (how most of my upgrades seem to go).
If weight were a problem i'd change...

to be honest 26" wheels just look odd to be now - had a ago on a mates 26 giant (while he rode mine) and it just felt wrong, kind of 'on top of the bike' feeling.

amazing bike, couple of upgrades so far - stem and saddle...
Whilst the hummingbird was a nice comforatble 26" long...
A couple of phone calls and emails later, and they are going to Pace (tomorrow) for repair under warrenty.
The guys at Canyon Uk have been very helpful, as soon as they understood what's happened they've sorted organising the repair and are paying for postage etc.

Pretty sure that glueing bits of the fork on would be classed as modifing under the warranty and would void it - are you telling me that that most people after spending £500 on a set of forks would rather glue bits back on themselves that take it back? :D
