Re: Yes. This frame was built in 1984 by Steve Elsworth at his Thorpe Arch facility. It was built up into a TT bike which I used from 1985 - 1989. It was a great bike, stiff, light and, well, the short wheelbase did the trick for me and I had my best season ever in 1985 with 13 wins in open...
