Just found my old Shimano SPD cycling shoes. I cant remember when I actually got these but it must have been the late 80's or very early 90's. Still in fantastic condition too. Alas, they are only size 43 and dont fit me any more.

Aye, your right. STX levers LX rear mech DX hubs front and rear. Its not totally original as I changed the seat for the missus. I also took the bar ends off but still have them. Ive also swapped the front crank

Ive got an old Checkerpig stuck away in the back of the garage. Its a pretty good spec too if I recall correctly. My missus used to ride it now and again but Never see's light of day any more though.

I'd want more than £400 for cycling around London. Hats off to you guys that do it daily. I'll stick to the rural side roads of Perthshire.

Thats the only problem with leaving negative. I tend to leave positive but word it in such a way that suggests I am less than satisfied.

Bump for a cheap bit of quality gear. Ive got an RST jacket and think its great. Certainly a bargain for somebody.
