Hi, picked this bike up because it had some nice bits and pieces on it and felt a quality frame, but have no idea what it is, possibly had a respray at some point and don't think the sticker has anything to do with the bike, could easily be wrong. Identification and rough value please.

@Rambo Mambo , apologies about the public address 😆 hopefully you can workout messages better than me . While I'm here, Does anyone have some Project 2s to fit a 19' frame for sale please? Threaded , triple butted , early rim brake preferable. Cosmetic condition not to important.
