Ah...can't remember the original saddle. It got upgraded to a ti flite not long after I got it. And then that ended up in my dad's shed until he binned it!
Brakes were 986 front and 987 rear.
From stuff I read on the internets of truth that model was a bit of a transitional parts bin...
Bung it in the freezer for an hour before you fit it. Ive done same with head set cups and motorbike crankcase bearings. I'd also suggest bunging in a BB straight away to pull it true.

Just actually read your original post and what they said... afaik it's the bottom that gets stretched if at all so check bearings and adjustment.
But I could pull the the hope bottom cup out out the lts by hand...and it went into the other frame a bit easy so maybe my bottom cups a wrongun
FSA the pig dh pro?
I've got an lts3000 frame..put a hope headset in which seemed very loose...so tried the pig which seems tight so might be the hope headset but the pig has extra deep steel lower cup.

I had one of those in 92. Bought the frame and built it up myself. I even dyed some converse purple and fitted fluro orange laces. No good for racing as I recall.
Then 6 months later some £ukka nicked it while I was in the dole office.
I need some purple and orange in my life again...
anyone want to suggest a location?
I've only got a 92 Kilauea and I'm relatively unfit and technically poor...so nothing too technical!
I have got a Spitfire...not sure the kona will fit in the boot although I recently got a Belfast sink in there which was surprising and stupid.
