Maybe I shouldn't hi-jack this topic like this, but I have a question :mrgreen: I have bought a similar frameset (Claud Butler Spectre - Reynolds 653 Magnum). I have little previous experience with steel frames, so I can't compare. The ride does feel quite harsh on this bike with rigid forks...

Answer was 450mm by MP. Too long for me (as expected unfortunately :( ), so I guess the item is still available !

I used a greased screw and a tougher allen key. A little bit a torque and the thread is back to its "normal" state :) Sorry for bothering, but I would not have put the necessary torque if you hadn't told me the thread was surely standard. Cheers !

I'm sure the screw I use M5 as it fits perfectly in the front fork. I just tried harder on the screw : broke the (cheap) allen key that came with the racks :lol: Will try with my real allen key tonight ! Even if the allen key is dead, you guys may be right. Looks like there is some...
