I didn't find any other info on the bike. I bought it from France last year. Maybe part of a team but no markings etc on mine. The group set is really smooth though so don't think it's had much use. Let me know if you find any info about the bike and set up. I have never stripped any part off...

Bad times... I own two joe waugh bikes, a 753 and a 525. Both ride fantastic and well made. Guys in the shop were always spot on. Sad to see the shop go.
I think it would be rideable on a standard 700c for size but if it was a 650 id probably have a spine like a question Mark! ?.... id still like to try it though
Earlier this year I built up a dave lloyd lo pro. Just wondered if anyone has ridden a bike with the bars attached to the forks. They do look a little twitchy for the road as the Lloyd is but you aren't going to get much lower or look better when close to imminent death! Also if anyone could...
