I've got an old GT RTS3 which i'm currently striping to place the parts onto an Orange aluminium O for the wife to ride ;-) While doing this i've noticed a small crack in the BB & a large crack in the top of the headtube (approx 1/2" long) :-( I will be honest it did fall of a car roof rack...

Fibble, that would be great if you could :wink: what sort of cost? The problem is the size of the interferance fit between the cups & the frame head tube inner dia. the one that came out, a shimano XT with a threaded top nut was a bit of a miss match, but had an angled reducer for the fork...

Hi Guys, I'm trying to do up an Orange Aluminium O for my wife to use. The problem I've come up against is that I took out the headset cups to fit a new headset, to discover that the headset I've bought is totally the wrong size !!! :oops: The head tube ID is 36.70mm to fit around an 1 1/8"...

What size & length is the steering tube on the Judy's?

Hi, I'm after a set of forks for to suit an Orange Aluminium O 16" or 17". Idealy I'd like a set of original ridged forks, but would also consider a suspension fork. The stearing tube needs to be 1 1/8" dia. x 195mm long. Cheers for your help :wink:

Judy DH Do you still have the forks for sale? What sort of condition are they in, they look ok in the picture. Do they need a service or have been crashed etc? What's with the black crown have you painted they or is that original, I thought they only came in plian aluminium but I may be wrong...

Spot on mate, thats the fella :D . Are they worth anything? I've just stripped it down to do a rebuild for the wife's, To small for me !! :( . It came with Sun CR17A rims with TCC coating on them, are these anygood or worth a bit? Cheers for the feed back, thanks :wink:
