9cm Cinelli 1A quill stem. Cinelli Campione del Mondo bars 42cm (measured outside to outside). Bars have the older style 'crest' logo (early 1980s?). Not crashed or dented, but some minor marks from fitting, as one would expect. All the nuts and bolts move freely and are not rusted or corroded...
