The colour of the paint on the frame before I cleaned it and red-oxided it was black with the remains of some white paint on the lower part of the rear mud-guard.

the only bit that has any chrome plating is the wheel rims theese have Dunlop made in England and 28/1and a quarter inch stamped on them. The chrome has started to peel on the front wheel. Hope tihs helps you out a bit.
