Yep, i sent Hope an email last night with some pictures, so im hoping for some good news next week. I've checked on CRC and the parts i need seem to add up to about £100, i'd like to spend half that ideally, but I will try and get the cassette off the freewheel first as thats the most expensive...

hmmm ok, so how can you tell this isnt aluminium, and is a Ti-Glide? sorry for all the questions, im new to uprated hubs i don't know what the freehub is made of, ill try and check, but it doesnt take disc brakes though...

Found out its an XC hub main part I need is the freehub. ive tried to get the skewer out with heat, and by putting it in the freezer, but still won't budge.
