Hi The underside is shown in the 2nd pic. The 4 velcro straps are used to attach to the top of a pannier rack, so it mounts like this...

Hi Got a couple of pannier type bags for sale. A large Marin, bum bag type pannier, which can be enlarged further by unzipping the underside. £12 posted. .. and a rather snazzy old Karrimor bag. New with tags, but there is a slight mark underneath but won't notice when mounted on bike...
