Here are some close ups of the forks I managed to get the forks apart and get the piece that holds the elastomer free but I could not get it to come out to replace the elastomer.

I need some instructions on how to change the front elastomer(s) on my Proflex 854. I have a 45mm and a 35mm elastomer, any help will be greatly appreciated.

How to change front Elastomers on Proflex 854 Girvin forks? Can someone tell me the easiest way to do this. I changed the rear ones with ease, but I have no idea how to change the front. Also, how many and what size elastomer(s) go on the front. I have a 45 mm and a 35 mm. Thanks!
