Oh and I know that the disc mount is pretty over-the-top. I only realised that after first machining it and I couldn't be bothered to make it smaller and was short on time fitting it in with other work!

I do like the grey I must admit. Basically it's cost me nothing to spray the bike and the only viable colour to do at work was matte black! So black it was! Got all the new components today and will be stripping my friends bike for the groupset off from that. Here are some of the pics so far!

Right, finally it my arse into gear. Will be uploading some photos tomorrow! Ordered finishing kit and a 9 speed XT grouppo will going on it. I've finished machining the jig and have finished the disc tab. The rear triangle is now at the welding department at my work!
