Sounds like the x lites are tech 9's.

Look like them theres a bloke on ebay (u.s.) punting out a few nos bits and bobs nd these look just the same.

Do you mean the t44? If so glwt.

Ive done it before, and yep flappy disc is ideal. Dont forget you may need to do both bits of the bolts.

An old scrap ally seat post works better, thicker walled pipe grabs onto the cups much better. 4/5 slots cut in and splayed open. Wish I had made one years ago.
