I am glad I picked up an old Apollo rigid 'mtb' recently for £20. I wanted to see how bad they were and my expectations were met. It was in excellent cond and worked ok after bit of adjustment to brakes/gears... but it was soulless to ride and felt dull and dead somehow. The shitty thumb shifter...

TANGE down tube lettering is drunk too. Probably an Apollo frame with a paintjob it could only dream of (half joking but..) I think £400 overpriced is a little harsh, I'd say £360 overpriced as the colour is epic!

+1 Looks like a hole... must have been left outside for years lol. Most or all of it will be seized, all the bolts too so yeah... not worth a resto. What about for parts? The crud catcher and levers lol? "It is undamaged but rusty and showing its age." Brilliant.
