PETG has been fine for me during testing. Really strong and durable. I could have a look at getting some printed in a harder material. There doesn't seem to be enough interest to make it worthwhile

Completed! 6mm thick was the sweet spot for mounting a Shimano MT200 hydraulic disc brake with no washers as spacers - It fits and it works. I needed to have the 3D model printed using the hardest PLA that i could (for obvious reasons!) there is no reason why you couldn't send this 3d model...

Height decreased by 5mm and no holes. Padded out thicker (From 5mm thick to 8mm thick) to match the availability for space on the frame Printing and test fitting in progress...

First print is test fitted. The right hand side two bolts need a bit more padding around them as they are close to the edge of the print. I also thing the two top bolts need to come down a touch I'll print one solid with no bolt holes and mark / drill them out

First draft is mocked up using FreeCAD. I'll be 3D printing this weekend
