Would you recommend any bar risers as i do a fair bit of hill climbing?

Thanks for the welcome. As i am new to MTBiking could you tell me where would i be best to source decent parts for it. I also have been riding quie a few hills and tend to get off the saddle to do so. Would i benefit from bar ends. If so any recommendations? Thanks.
