    As above Diameter: 1 1/8" Length above top of crown: 204mm Length below crown: 32mm So I guess that makes the total length of steerer to be around 236mm give or take 2mm

    Just received some early sid forks and they have SAMPLE FORK etched into the steerer and crown ... any idea on what this means outside of the obvious ?
