I checked today whether the stem and seatpost were seized, but they're both free.
The stem needed a light tap on the bolt and then it moved quite easily.
The seatpost is fairly stiff but the chrome surface that was exposed was clean and shiny without any obvious...

If I knew where you all lived I might be able to sort out dropping it off if I'm passing nearby, just as long as you aren't at the other end of the country!

Unearthed while clearing out my in-law's garage where it has been stored unused for several decades. I haven't done anything to it so the condition is exactly as you can see in the photos. The gears and brakes do work up to a point, but it will need a thorough clean and service to be properly...
