Never ridden a Kona but I've had a bunch of GTs and nothing rides as good as the Xizang. The Zaskar was just too harsh for me, the steel avalanche's were great but not quite as forgiving as the Ti... Someday I hope to add a psyclone to the stable and see how it rides. My only beef with the GT...

They looked the same but the Zaskar got the nicer 6061 tubing and the others were made out of something cheaper if I recall

I see 56's come up on occasion, 52 and 54 seem to be more rare. I finally snagged a 54 but it wasn't cheap. I'm super stoked though, I think my days of searching for a road bike are over :D

I hear yeah... but sometimes when its that missing piece its worth it, so I figured I'd throw it out there. I just got a frame from a member hear in the UK, cost of shipping was high and took weeks but I was all smiles when I opened the box. good luck on your build
