Hello, I have some 2003 (?) Rockshox SID Dual-Air Forks on my bike and the lock-out dial/climb-it control level (on top of the r/h fork) has broken... I cannot source one anywhere... I still have the ball-bearing and spring assembly underneath the dial but really need a dial (with indents...
