Organise what I need & what I have into separate sections. That & build a bike for myself rather than constantly rebuilding strays!

It was me in the end, sadly the frame already has a crack from the bottom of the slice in the seattube along the weld on one side :( maybe repairable but for now I'll stick it at the back of the workshop for another time. Looks like it was once very loved but also very used.
