I had a cro mega Dx that was exactly the same! There’s a fair bit of tube sticking out. I’d turn it upside down & try some cola in the seat tube for a few days

Looking at it I'd say maybe a 1999 Mongoose villain pro (I could be wrong) I'd imagine it does have some value
