I'd imagine the aluminium will be fairly thick, more silvery in colour and smooth.
The titanium will have a slight tinge to the colour and little bit of a grain or texture to it.
It's only noticable uphill and on slower technical sections but the ETA lockout drops the forks down and limits travel to 30mm which conpensates for that.
On flat and downhill there no really issue and as there's 25mm of sag it sits a little lower then the photo's when riding. Will look into...

I asked them about putting a 1" 1/8th Headtube instead of the 1" to open up a lot more options but they were understandably reluctant to do so.
i'm hoping they'll be able to braze on a Rear Brake Disk Mount on the Rear Stay though so I can swap to Rotars.
I had one of the first ever original M2 Frames into the UK which was in purple and featured the notorious "quick release" paint issue. Specialized UK did respray under warranty though and I got is sprayed Team Red with Yellow Decals.
This also had the smaller tube sizes.
My 15 year old ride with a few updated bits but of the old stuff still functions very well including the drivechain.
